Role Responsibilities 1、Deeply understand the brand strategy and goals and assist in building communication plan to drive clear alignment and trackable KPIs with key stakeholders. 2、Manage and work effectively with social agencies to establish social KOL matrix and nurture the right strategic media and livestream opportunities. 3、Monthly tracking and monitoring the effectiveness and success of digital media campaigns and always-on communication. 4、Assist in checking social post compliance. 5、Consolidating and facilitating documents to support the Digital team. 6、Manage all assigned ad-hoc jobs by digital marketing team leader.
Qualifications and Experience Required 1、5 years experience in media or marketing. 2、Robust social media experience with the focus on KOL strategy and paid media in key platforms (RED and DY). 3、Experienced in managing budgets and well versed in media & digital planning and execution. 4、Proven experience of successfully working within a multinational company. 5、Proven ability to inspire and influence working team to deliver great work. 6、Strong ability in data processing, document drafting, and related paperwork. 7、A multi-tasker, capable of dealing with multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficient productivity.
