Your Job Lead payroll, IIT & benefit operations service to Koch companies in China.
What You Will Do 1. Leading the payroll team to provide high quality HR service on payroll, IIT compliance and benefit administration across all the locations in China. 2. Support the employment relationship case for business HR, e, g, severance pay simulation, documentations/data/report preparation, and consultation. 3. Provide the payroll/IIT/Benefit related analysis report and recommendation based on business’s needs. 4. Be responsible for Annual Tax filing, including knowledge collection/sharing, provide the effective solutions/suggestions to BHR and employees. 5. Conduct employee communication on payroll, policy/regulation/benefits administration changes. 6. Coach team member to build up strong knowledge related to payroll and benefit and apply PBM principle to create values at work. 7. Proactively support/lead the global/local payroll and T&A related projects. 8. Closely work with line manager to accomplish the projects regarding HR Operations of HR solutions 2.0 roadmap by leveraging KGS resources. 9, Proactively lead the team to drive the process standardization and continuous improvement. 10. Partner with HR compliance to review, identify and access government policy & regulation changes on payroll, statutory social benefits and individual income tax, manage and mitigate compliance risks that KGS, our customers and projects are exposed to and ensure 100% compliance on payroll and benefit. 11. Partner with Total Rewards Team to do compensation and benefit related projects. 12. Identify opportunity and drive/partner with HRIS to do payroll system enhancement. 13. Vendor interaction/management and regularly review the results/services provided by payroll & benefit vendor and provide the effective comments and suggestions to improve the whole payroll & benefit process. 14. External/Internal Audit support. 15. Manage government related application, survey and reporting. 16. Well manage the stable team and help team members to do self-actualization to create more value for Koch.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent. 2. At least 10 years’ experience in managing payroll and benefit function for a large size international company. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manager multiple priorities and stakeholders. 4. Solid knowledge on China employment and labor related HR/Tax laws as well as HR compliance and risk control. 5. Excellent management skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines. 6. Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented. 7. Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills. 8. Fluent English, high level of proficiency of Excel. Familiar with HR system ( SAP, FSG, ADP, Workday…) with good experience of implementing T&A, payroll and benefit related projects.
