Responsibilities: Brand Management Develop brand strategies to optimize the business, including brand plan and its LRF, and lifecycle management. Lead brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positioning and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target Input to the country OP plan Interface with global team to gain support Prepare report for BU level internal communication Resource Management Be responsible for brand budget planning and control on strategic level and activity level Input to allocate and manage in the brand budget, sales target and P&L
Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Proficient oral and written English >=3 years marketing experience and >=8 yrs industry experience
