1. Collect, maintain, validate and analyze demand/sales/inventory historical data;
2. Collect and analyze product life cycle information (new product introduction, products cannibalization, re-registration, slow-moving products);
3. Develop local market knowledge and trade insights, anticipate demand changes, and manages the forecasting process on short to mid-term horizon;
4. Enrich demand forecast with special events and assumptions on market or products based on inputs from marketing, sales, customer service and commercial, use customer data to enhance demand visibility;
5. Ensure consistency of forecast from period to period, tracking and explaining changes, identify and report risks and opportunities, animate demand planning scenarios, execute gap closure plans;
6. Optimize and execute monthly GPS process, facilitate demand review meetings between functions stakeholders to gain consensus on one single forecast; facilitate GPS meeting with BU to obtain business sales target.
7. Execute production order placement and forecast release to supply points, maintain import plan with order and shipment tracking, take ownership of E2E planning with clear evolution and reason for change;
8. Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with European supply points to secure product availability and drive for continuous improvement of supply performance and reliability;
9. Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for export markets to ensure purchase orders, payments and goods are processed, received and delivered according to requirements;
10. Coordinate with European Supply Points and forwarder to issue all correct documents for import clearance; independently and effectively execute customs and quarantine clearance to ensure on-time product availability, and assure the accuracy of HS code classification; execute and validate import duty payments issued by Customs;
11. Collaborate with commercial, marketing and customer service team in stock allocation, minimizing the impact of OOS and stock shortage;
12. Measure and manage the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy;
13. Responsible for daily input and maintain corporate ERP database, such as Themis, APO, etc.
14. Responsible for daily input and maintenance external systems such as Customs and CIQ website, Import and Export of Foods and Veterinary products, etc, to report I/E status and meet government compliance requirement.
15. Conduct monthly self-assessments such as open PO tracking and PO change report as according to SOP guidelines, proactively filing historical documents for internal / external audits to ensure Dango compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor Degree;
2. At least 3-years experience in supply chain planning, solid experience in E2E planning would be a plus;
3. Fluent in English, both verbally and written;
4. Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
6. Committed, initiative, proactive in approaching problems and a team player;
7. High level of proficiency in PC applications (excel, word, powerpoint); SAP background would be an advantage;
