Responsible for UCC TTM and Urine Management Product strategy development and execution. Conduct TTM and Urine Management marketing strategy and ensure seamless execution with sales and other teams. Maintain and enhance BD leadership position in TTM and Urine Management. Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date information and understanding of regulations, market dynamics, competitors’ commercial activities, customer behaviors and unmet needs. - Based on analysis and understanding of whole market landscape, develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at market access, growing sales, maximizing market share, rapidly responding to market environment changes and increase brand equity and customer loyalty. - Ensure smooth collaboration between internal functions, global platform counterparts and external partners for launch excellence of UM new product. - Work with sales team, government affair team, HEOR team, DM team and other teams to accelerate TTM/UM market access including billing code application, provincial listing and hospital access. - Develop solid relationship with relevant medical associates and the KOLs (including International KOLs) through innovative professional education programs to increase awareness and adoption rate. - Create and execute innovative and differentiated marketing initiatives and professional education programs, providing up-to-date content with cutting-edge deliver technologies. - Ensures the marketing expense to be tracked and to comply with annual budget plan and financial guidance. - Ensures that all the marketing activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands, safety, and ethical standards, without compromising our code of conduct, and the principles stated in BD medical compliance manual. - Be the key liaison between global platform and the local market. - Increase demand forecast accuracy collaboration with sales and commercial team. - Leading team, provide up-to-date sales tools and training to sales and other relevant team. - Support Strategic marketing manager to develop mid-term and long-term strategy for sustainable growth including ASR. - Explore opportunities to drive additional growth by pushing forward the strategic innovation projects. Requirement: - Medical bachelor’s or master’s degree. MBA is preferred. - Depth of Market Knowledge with at least 5+ years of medical device industry experience, including expertise in competitive product portfolios, customer applications and unique needs, and product performance attributes. Experience with ICU product is preferred. - Depth of Marketing Knowledge, including expertise in market assessment, market segmentation, product launch planning/execution and product lifecycle management. - Proven strategic thinking capability, including identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business. - Demonstrated analytical strength in financial analysis, forecasting, scenario analysis and ROI modeling. - Honed tactical skills ranging from customer needs identification/definition to market, competitive analysis and collateral development. - Strong leadership and influencing skill across geographies and culture difference, Develop people, and excellent teamwork. - Strong problem-solving skills - Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. effective group presentation skills - Spirit of entrepreneurship - Growth mindset - Basic financial management skills will be necessary.
