岗位职责:
1. Responsible for the management of supply chain daily operation (planning, import &export, warehouse, distribution).
负责供应链部门的日常运营管理，包括生产计划，进出口业务，仓库管理及产品发货。
2. Organize the procurement& production plan according to the sales demands, follow up the implementation. Control the material and products inventory in an optimum level.
根据销售需求，组织制定采购计划和生产计划并跟进执行情况，将材料及产品库存控制的合适水平。
3.Responsible for the risk management and strategy analysis on the materials and products supply, to ensure the stable supply to the market.
负责材料及产品的供应风险管理及战略分析，确保产品的稳定供应
4. Continuous improvement on the warehouse management, to ensure the compliance with GMP and EHS requirement, company’s policy.
持续改善仓库管理,确保符合GMP,EHS的管理要求及公司政策。
5. Monitoring import and export process, deal with the matters regarding the import and export business.
监督进出口业务流程，负责处理进出口业务有关事宜。
6. Responsible for the suppliers management， including sourcing & development, PO following up, contracts, performance evaluation, etc.
负责供应商的管理，包括供应商开发，订单跟进，合同管理，供应商评估等。
7. Support the new products launch, work close with internal functions (commercial, production, QA, AFC, etc.) as well as external parties (supplier, HQ,) to support the business development effectively.
协助新产品上市，和公司其他业务部门及外部供应商紧密合作，有效的支持公司的业务发展。
8. Optimize processes and methods in a continuous way to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
优化业务流程，提高团队的工作效率。
9. Set cost target and search the cost reduction opportunities, without decreasing the quality level.
制订成本控制目标，在没有降低质量水平的基础上寻求降低成本的机会。
任职要求JOB REQUIREMENTS
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. and export process and policy.
三年以上相关工作经历，熟悉进出口业务程序及政策。
3. Experience in Pharmaceutical industry and GMP knowledge will be at advantage.
从事过药品行业，熟悉GMP者优先考虑。
4. Strong negotiation, coordination, and organization skills, have a good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
有很强的谈判，协调及组织能力，并具有良好的团队精神及人际沟通技巧。
5. Familiar with computer, SAP experience will be at advantage
熟练操作电脑，熟悉SAP者优先。
6. Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
具有英语阅读、书写、会话能力。
