About the role: Overall technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for client’s site. To manage comprehensive engineering and management services. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client, and the Site Facilities Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA. What this job involves: The Facilities Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract; Responsible for site facilities operation and ensure all facilities operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment, etc., are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the client, JLL and governmental policies and requirements; Plan, implement and review site specific engineering & operational processes and procedures and roll out for the site staff; Be the single point of contact for technical issues at the site; Coordinate and implement energy management programs to assist the client to reduce utilities cost and eliminate wastages.. Managing all vendors effectively and to carry out technical and safety audits/maintenance and repairs for all equipment as scheduled; To develop engineering service delivery standards with the assistance from JLL’s EOS Platform; To be fully comprehensible and well-versed with the site’s Critical Environment procedures; To be able to provide viable solutions for technical issues to the client at all times; Develop tools to measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly/annual basis; Plan, develop and roll out the Planned Preventive Management Program for the site; To be able to provide input for minor projects and coordinate with vendors from commencement to completion while working with the Project Manager. Assist the Performance Management Executive in conducting compliance review where necessary; Be the site’s trainer for engineering subjects; Administer the JLL 360 program for PPM on site;
