MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: -Support to achieve the In-Market Sales Target according to the formulated sales plan through the assigned customer (surgeons and hospital) account, through the execution of regional promotion programs, surgeon support programs etc. -To provide product’s professional technical support to the assigned customer account. -To support and monitor the distributor sales force for sales generation and new market development. -To feedback the market situation for strategic formulation Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience OR a Baccalaureate Degree).
