61 Assist the Director of Sales (DOS) with coordinating sales projects, ensuring deadlines and tasks are timely. 61 Maintain and manage sales project documentation, including proposals, samples, contracts, and project schedules. 61 Coordinate communication between sales team members, clients, and other internal departments. 61 Track project progress and provide weekly updates to sales team members and management. 61 Organize and manage sales-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking minutes. 61 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 61 Preparing and submitting sales proposals, RFPs, and RFQs. 61 Manage sales team calendar, and schedule appointments as necessary. 61 Assist with the creation and updating of sales presentations and marketing materials. 61 Assist the operation team with quotations for projects. 61 Provide general administrative support to the sales team, as needed.

61 Based in Shanghai 61 Above five years of project management experience. 61 Excellent written and oral English (preferably native level); Korean is a plus. 61 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 61 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels. 61 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address issues and find solutions. 61 Project management (PMP or other certification) expertise is valuable. 61 Professional, self-disciplined, and self-motivated 61 Matured with integrity and can work independently and spontaneously as a team member
