职位描述
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) team is seeking to hire Business Development (BD) Managers to identify potential ecommerce sellers through diversed channels and provide assistance in sellers onboard and incubation after their store go live.
The Senior Manager shall support sellers during the onboarding journey, make them comfortable with the seller center and Marketplace policies. Guide the sellers on best practices across item setup, fulfillment methods and operations. Drive high engagement with newly onboarded sellers and set them up for success before the accounts move to account management teams. Work closely with the account management team and gather requirements to get sellers in focus categories.
To maintain business performance, this role will be working with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization both locally and internationally. This role will own specific business portfolio and will be required to create one’s own playbook for managing business at scale. To deliver short-term & long-term business goals, this role shall develop ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.
Achieve the company's set acquisition goals by formulating cooperative strategies with different stakeholder teams, continuously drive conversion through seller incubation, and constantly establish and improve the seller onboarding process.
Take the lead in managing complex issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding effective solutions. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost- effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional leaderships and teams to assess/analyze performance and ongoing pipeline for partners. Collaborates with all business teams to identify gaps (e.g., assortment/mix) based on business needs and goals.
People Development: Builds and leads a team to execute on business goals. Coaches team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Have performance and career development conversations. Maintains team motivation and engagement. Mentors Partnership Specialists.

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
61 Bachelor degree in business, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in managing partners or related roles is required, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and seller recruitment strategies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in using e-commerce platform management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
61 Strong leadership and team management skills. Be able to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and always strive for excellence in all tasks.
61 Self-motivated, results-driven with in-depth experience in e-commerce industry
61 Five years of experience in related area
