Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a sales strategy to achieve/exceed sales goals and revenues;
- 制定销售策略以达到/超过销售目标和营业收入;
- Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info and benefits;
- 准备详细的演示素材,向客户展示你产品的信息和优势;
- Present products or services in your industry that would be beneficial to your client business;
- 展示你在行业中对客户业务有利的产品或服务;
- Develop solutions or suggestions of solutions for clients and successfully sell them;
- 为客户提供解决方案或方案建议并成功销售;
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts;
- 与大客户的执行决策者建立有效的业务关系;
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives;
- 与公司其他部门保持联系,确保销售目标的实现;
- Follow up on products to ensure the customer is happy;
- 跟踪产品,确保客户满意;
- Prepare/initiate billing and delivery of products;
- 准备/发起产品的款项收取和交付;
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities;
- 善于分析数据以发现销售机会;
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis;
- 进行市场调研,竞争对手和客户分析;
- Acquire new customers by winning them from competitor’s market share or discovering new opportunities in the market;
- 通过从竞争对手的市场份额中赢得新客户或在市场中发现新的机会来获得新客户;
- Suggest promotional ideas and material;
- 提供建议推广的想法和材料;
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions;
- 参加展销会和行业大会;
- Stay knowledgeable your field's updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data;
- 通过持续阅读和研究新数据,了解你所在领域的科学和研究进展。
Job Requirements:
职位要求:
- Engineering education background; majors in mechanics, electronics, automation, safety, environmental protection, material etc. are preferred;
- 工科学历背景;机械、电子、自动化、安全、环保,材料等专业优先;
- At least 3 years work experience in the mechanical industry, factory facility project, food/pharma/chemistry/ or other industrial processing, familiar with B2B business development, sales experience is preferred;
- 3年以上机械行业,工厂设施项目,食品/制药/化工或其他生产工艺工作经验,熟悉B2B业务开发,有销售经验者优先;
- Possess rich customer resources and customer relationships, with outstanding performance; independent project experience is preferred;
- 拥有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩突出;有独立项目经验者优先;
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner;
- 能够创造性地用通俗易懂的方式解释和表达复杂的概念;
- Possess strong market analysis, marketing promotion and sorting capabilities, market experience and sensitive market observation;
- 具有较强的市场分析、市场推广及整理能力、市场经验和敏锐的市场观察能力;
- Possess strong independent working ability and teamwork spirit, work proactively;
- 具有较强的独立工作能力和团队合作精神,工作积极主动;
- Able to adapt to long-term, frequent business trips, good environmental adaptability and independent spirit, not afraid of hardships and stand hard work;
- 能够适应长期频繁出差,环境适应能力强,有独立自主精神,不怕吃苦,吃苦耐劳;
- Love sales career, willing to challenge high salary, and have the ability to resist pressure;
- 热爱销售行业,愿意挑战高薪,有抗压能力;
- Possess good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems;
- 具有良好的人际沟通协调能力,分析解决问题的能力;
- Effectively communicate with customers at all levels and establish good and healthy relationships;
- 与各层级客户有效沟通,建立良好健康的关系
- Be honest and trustworthy, and strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations;
- 诚实守信,严格遵守公司各项规章制度;
- Always maintain enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for sales, and never slack in achieving the set goals;
- 始终保持对销售工作的热情和责任感,完成既定目标绝不懈怠;
- Good at learning, dedicated and self-disciplined, with good market development ability and execution ability, excellent communication and expression skills;
- 善于学习,敬业自律,具有良好的市场开拓能力和执行力,优秀的沟通表达能力;
- Work meticulously, conscientiously, and have a strong sense of professionalism, able to obey the company's arrangements;
- 工作细致、认真,敬业精神强,能服从公司安排;
- Base in Shanghai, Frequent travel(approximately 80%),mainly within south and west of China and flexible working time is required;
- 常驻上海,要求经常出差(约80%),主要负责华南和西南地区,能接受灵活的工作时间;
- English skill is a plus;
- 英语技能良好者优先。
- Working experience in a foreign company is preferred
- 有外企工作经验优先
