工作职责：
1.Responsible for Leap Motor D21, including IHE, Bonding and final assembly line；负责领跑D21,包括IHE，Bonding和总装线；
2.Support all engineering change activities impacting the manufacturing process Perform line balancing and labor evaluation activities；支持所有影响生产过程的工程变更活动、生产线平衡和劳动力评估活动；
3.Ensure all manufacturing documentation is accurate and up to date
Champion manufacturing cost reduction activities, including labor reduction initiatives 确保所有制造工程文件是准确有效的，降低生产成本的活动，包括减少劳动力；
4.Help insure that all employees enjoy the safest possible working environment 帮助确保所有员工的工作环境安全。
5.Support the improved efficiency of the manufacturing facility 生产效率不断提高改进；

Assist DOE projects as necessary 提高生产过程的***次生产能力

关键任职资格：
1.Bachelor's degree (BA) from university with emphasis in Engineering and Manufacturing related field；大学本科以上学历，工程或制造相关专业；
2.Typically requires 5+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing Experienced in DFA, process design, build and launch, AQP, troubleshooting, continuous improvement. 具有DFA，过程设计，过程和前期，AQP，故障排除，持续改进等方面的经验。
3.Process failure modes and effects analysis experience. 工艺失效模式及影响分析经验。
4.Background in line balancing a plus. 背景线平衡加分。
5.Previous machine design and build experience. 有机械设计和制造经验。
6.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills needed. 优秀的组织、人际交往和沟通能力。
7.Must be computer literate, preferably Microsoft Office and Windows.熟练使用电脑，熟练使用办公软件和Windows软件者优先。
