Key tasks and responsibilities ?Collect market information, analyze market trends and market demands/new opportunities ?Collect and manage customer resources ?Make marketing plan and organize implementation ?Analyze customer information, make visiting plan ?Visit customers, promote our service products, collect feedback, prepare visit report including recommendations to improve our service, expand and/or upgrade our products ?Establish connections with new customers, maintain/repair/upgrade relationships with existing customers ?Work with all BUs and SUs to learn what is our business and how we handle the business, be aware of company culture, goal, vision, policy, and our business philosophy ?Coordinate with SU-Finance to collect over due AR (account receivable) ?Coordinate with SU-HR to organize necessary training to cope with sales needs ?Coordinate with SU-Admin to plan and implement marketing activities ?Forward connections and service request to Bus, and follow up and monitor the processing and monitor the out come of service ?Coordinate with BUs to settle deviations in service processing ?Collect claims form customers and work together with BUs to settle the issue ?Coordinate with BUs to conduct yearly questionary among all customers in the year
Key competencies ?Bachelor’s degree in relevant mechanical/engineering ?Strong technical background in similar areas in marine industry ?Strong managerial background with local / international experience and cross section exposure ?Sales or marketing experience in relevant industry ?Good strategic appreciation and vision, able to develop and implement sophisticated plans with a proven track record explicitly supporting business needs ?Self-driven, self-reliant, sets goals and targets and leads by example, collaborative approach with good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others through change, able to work under pressure ?Honest, straightforward, open minded, quick and life-long learner ?Fluent in spoken and written English
