Lead the order management team to ensure operational excellence of order management activities and improve customer satisfaction. Also need to be responsible for partial order management actives: receive customer orders; order review and confirmation; good delivery arrangements based on customer’s requirements; center contract point to help customers address any order related inquiries, and order backlog management to ensure on time pick up of the SO by each customer, etc.
