2. Data Driven Goals and Performance Tracking 61 Working with Sales leaders to drive pipeline, goals, tracking, reporting; with the KPIs driven by strong analytics. 61 Driving sales planning, strategy, tactics, and supporting sales management execution. 61 Driving advanced predictive analytics capabilities to improve key business performance, intelligence and insights.
3. Driving Collaborations 61 Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams including supply-chain, business units, finance, sales to drive revenue growth, margin improvement and others. 61 Participate in key initiatives to drive profitability and growth and enhancing performance.
4. Drive sales forecast alignments and provide support to Sales incentive scheme management
Qualifications:
61 Minimum Bachelor degree; strong preference for MS or MBA with relevant experience. 61 Minimum 8 to 10 years in Sales Management/Operations, preferably in the semiconductor and electronics industries. 61 Strong Communication and Negotiation skills and good proficiency in English/Chinese. 61 Outstanding data analytical skills, and good departmental collaborations. 61 Proficient in Sales management/Operations Tools like Salesforce, SAP, etc. 61 Engage with System, Process and People mindset and understanding.
