● Team working scope and clarify internal & external stakeholders ● Deliver Wilson brand sales target and KPI goals with commercial excellence. ● Support key account management including brand/product portfolio planning, promotion planning/execution and business analysis. ● Build strong, professional working relationship with partners, and work with partners to develop and plan offline channel business especially in Key City/Key Landlord ● Work with partners to perfect execute in-store promotion and support the development of new marketing initiatives to drive demand for consumers. ● Assist line manager to manage SKU productivity through effective forecasting and review. ● Develop action plan in conjunction with related team. ● Generate customer insights through tennis culture building up/outdoor/sport style category/competitor analysis, and POS data study, well understand consumer/customer needs to maximize business opportunities.
