Your Role The main purpose of this role is to develop, execute and monitor the Marketing Plans for determined countries in alignment and close collaboration with respective stakeholders and aligned with company business goals. The Marketing Specialist needs also to develop core marketing content to be used for the marketing activities but also as sales collateral material. For these tasks, the Marketing Specialist must understand and adhere to corporate standards and guidelines.
Your Responsibilities --In line with the objectives of the Global Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local marketing strategies, omni channel campaign design, implementation & optimization. --Research assigned markets, understand SWOTS, its personas and their respective pain points & develop customer segments in order to create best in class marketing tactics in the defined key countries. --Work closely with Centre of Excellence on content strategies and - calendars, and (digital) marketing KPI's & optimization of those on a continuous basis and also with external agencies, including the creation of briefings and follow up on the process and campaigns end-to-end. --Work closely with key stakeholders on global and local level. --Define KPIs per campaign, monitor them and provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective stakeholders and set-up regular exchanges on marketing developments. --Develop core marketing content for the relevant solutions in the portfolio. Plan and execute webinars and participation in selected exhibitions in close collaboration with local stakeholders and the CoE.
Your Skills and Experiences *Proficient oral and written English is a must.* Proven experience with persona creation, lead generation campaign design and implementation, account segmentation. Proven experience in paid media- and creative - brief creation and implementation. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing. Strategic thinking, with proven Omnichannel marketing execution and related KPI's management.
