POSITION SUMMARY: This role supports the manager to develop and execute the member campaign and co-branding activities to drive marketable database growth. Engage local members and improve member’s satisfaction through various marketing methods. ________________________________________ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support the CRM team to deliver the marketable database growth target and key projects go-live. 2. Develop and implement member campaigns (weekly, monthly, annually), by working together with Ecommerce team, Revenue Management, Call Center, Marketing, and external vendors. 3. Assist Fliggy Store in setting the member day mechanism and keep developing other member matching opportunities with 3rd party partners. 4. Initiate or collaborate with marketing department for co-branding activities which will generate new members or sale opportunities from cross over partners. 5. Closely review each campaign KPI result (member growth, engagement rate, direct sales volume) and report to different stakeholders for further improvement. 6. Promote member program through multiple channels, including owned media, social media, and paid media, monitor and analysis the related data and propose optimization solutions. 7. Assist in member benefits optimization, including gifts customization (physical and e-coupon), local reward points and onboard privilege. Plan and manage gifts production, quality control, inventory, warehouse, and delivery. 8. Research the competitors’ member program and industry trends of various traveling brands in the market and provide constructive suggestions. ________________________________________ FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 61Support the whole team to deliver an annual ticket revenue target of $40 million. 61Support the *** team to deliver an annual sales target of $10 million. ________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: 61Minimum 3 years’ experience in member campaigns, as well as planning and operating online or offline marketing campaigns. 61In-depth knowledge of member marketing, member acquisition/communication and loyalty program. 61Understand and familiar with various methods and processes of social media marketing. ________________________________________ KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 61Dedication to work, willing to initiate brand new idea and accept the challenge and pressure.
