主要任务与职责: Main tasks and responsibilities: 1. The Project Planner works closely with the Planner Manager, Project Managers, Project Directors and Project Team to develop, maintain, and manage the project plan/schedule based on contractual requirements and internal and external boundaries, of single and multiple projects (Project Portfolio). Regularly review and report critical path, schedule content, dependencies, lag and milestones. 2. Review vendor schedule submittals and incorporate appropriate information into the project plan. Close cooperation and interaction required with the Expeditor for a pro-active intervention from Expeditor at vendors in case of potential deviation to contractual schedules and vendor progress or for opportunity management. 3. Review internal project disciplines work progress and incorporate them into the project plan. 4. Provide schedule reports, analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis including scenario analysis to enable decisions 5. Manage the Project Portfolio from a scheduling perspective, supporting resource allocation by the Group Leaders to various projects and facilitating the identification of opportunities to accelerate and/or optimize resources allocation and mitigate potential risks and delays 6. During the commercial and negotiation phase of projects, ensure the development of the project schedule according to the commercial and technical requirements. Verify feasibility and critically of the schedule. 7. Planning support for the Sulzer Factory 8. Contribute to the optimization of tools to support the Project Planning activities and Project Portfolio Management 9. Ensure that projects are being planned and forecasted using consistent methodology

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): - 3+ years of experience in project planning - Proficiency with planning/scheduling software, idealy with MS Project - Good understanding of critical path methodology Certifications: Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent (beneficial, not mandatory)
