工作职责: 1.Provide business performance update. Deep diving on the periodic performance, identifying opportunities, challenges of current business status. 2.Responsible for the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of data. Analyze data to identify trends. 3.Provide information and recommendations to leadership on both regular and ad-hoc basis. Provide analytical support on tactical and strategic special projects. 5.Track and report results against specific initiatives and programs and make recommendations on improvements in a timely and efficient manner. 6.Write or provide executive level analysis, reports and presentations. 7.Develop, implement and enhance high impact business reporting. Optimize reporting with various technical tools. Develop new and revise/maintain existing reports and operational procedures. 任职资格: 任职要求: Summary of Experience: 1、2、Strong technical knowledge and experience in consumer facing industry 3、Solid experience on consumer behavior analysis across multi-channel/category/life stage is a plus
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1.5+ years’ experience in data analytical area 2.Outstanding business acumen, capable of leveraging different analytical frameworks to solve business problem. 3.Good at writing business summary and presentation. 4.hands-on data analytical experience on big data platform. 5.Knowledge of BI products, design management level dashboards for presenting key business KPIs. 6、Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 7.University degree or above – business and/or mathematically-relevant majors preferred (i.e. finance, statistics, etc.) 8.Solid project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities 9、Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally and results driven 10、Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience 12、Curiosity towards market landscape, emerging trends, and industry prospects
