Working location: Shanghai, China General description: This job position holder is responsible for developing direct business for Beihai carton board products in China market. Major tasks and responsibilities (not including all): 1. Safety and Compliance. 2. Support in developing the sales strategy in direct business development for Beihai carton board grades in China market, South of China prioritized and ensure the full implementation. 3. Drive and support Beihai FBB products, CKB go to market strategy and build solid customer base for direct business. Drive product growth ambitions in China by developing new key accounts for converter business and brand owner approach. 4. Identify market needs and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports. 5. Work out accurate sales forecast, identify, report and act upon deviations as they may occur. 6. Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction, 7. Take ownership of direct business commercial activities including but not limited to accounts development, quotation, order confirmation, account receivables & credit limit control. 8. Strive for higher profitability and continuously explore new profitable business opportunities. 9. Develops value propositions for the customers and participates in trial runs. 10. Works together with other Stora Enso stakeholders to develop products and service concepts. 11. Supports profitability improvement initiatives in the context of Key Accounts. 12. Be proficient in utilizing the most updated IT systems, like CRM system. 13. Other work related tasks assigned by department or company.
Job Requirements: 1. Education requirement: Bachelor degree. 2. Professional experience required. 3. Proven track records and capabilities in new business development, Key Account management, value creation sales and project management. 4. Packaging, printing, paper board making, PE Extrusion and converting experience as well as experience in sales of pharmaceutical/food/multi-pack packaging industry are preferable. 5. More than 8 years of sales related working experience. 6. Ability to build and maintain close customer relationships. 7. Experience of working with a larger number of stakeholders and an international organization. 8. Strong communication, networking and team working capabilities. 9. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 10. Passionate to success and willing to work under pressure. 11. Team player and high integrity. 12. Efficient in utilizing the most updated IT systems, systematical driven 13. Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written. Basic English communication skill. 14. Willing to travel.
