岗位职责 Responsibilities 1. Build a strong connection with OEMs in order to expand the business and reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition; 与 OEM 厂商建立有力联系,扩展业务以达到订单目标; 2. Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology, define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified; 进行以新客户开发为导向的市场分析,确定并执行新客户拓展战略; 3. Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation; 参与商业合同的讨论/谈判; 4. Leading customer purchase order process (order receiving & release and payment); 领导客户的采购订单流程(订单接收、发布和付款); 5. Evaluate customer satisfaction by indicator and survey; 通过指标和调查形式评估客户满意度; 6. Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customers’ satisfaction; 协调公司的跨职能团队,确保客户的满意度; 7. Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc.; 支持业务发展经理的商机发现和营销活动等; 8. Support Key Account Manager for reporting activity; 支持销售管理经理的报告活动; 9. Other tasks from line managers. 其他部门主管交办的任务。
岗位要求 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above 本科以上学历 2. At least 5 years experience in automotive project management 5年以上汽车项目管理经验 3. English reading and writing skills are preferred. 具备英语读写能力更好 4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, diligent and good learning capability. 具备良好沟通能力和人际交往能力,态度积极,勤学好问 5. Capacity to apply APQP, PPAP, IATF/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge; 具有应用 APQP、PPAP、IATF/TS 16949、项目管理、市场和竞争分析、产品知识的能力 6. Good knowledge of how to make Effective Presentation, Quotation Knowledge, Offer& Contract Management; 熟悉如何进行有效演示,报价知识,报价和合同管理 7. Willing to frequent travel over China; teamwork; 接受经常到中国各地出差;具备团队精神 8. Basic computer skill; 具备基本的计算机技能 9. Experience on Program Management is preferred; 具有项目管理经验的优先考虑。
