Key Responsibility: 1. Develop samples, balance design requirement and production possibility and other factors, ensure development picked for collections ratio. 3. Internal and external process optimization. 4. Obtain and follow-up orders, supervise the implementation of contract. 5. Effective communication and negotiation with suppliers, make sure all the details are aligned with our requirements, such as pattern, color, fabric, price etc. 6. Ensure on time delivery, 1st time quality check pass rate achieve company standards. 7. Manage current suppliers’ quality, including evaluation the supplier’s quality, and random checks on production line and technology. 8. Develop new suppliers and manage current suppliers’ quality, including evaluate the supplier’s quality, random check production line and technology. 9. Cost control, use the most cost effective way to achieve good quality, ensure gross profit margin. 10. Keep strong attention on sales growth and sales achievement, analyze sales report and make out timely reaction. 11. Ensure in-season repeat achieve company standards, including repeat rate, sell through rate and lead-time. 12. Be a mentor to junior team member, lead and coach junior buyers in their daily work 13. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in textile, fashion design and technology, international business, or English. 2. More than 5 years of related experience.
