Responsibility: - Work together with the sales, key account for application development, end-user training, etc; - Answering technical- and application questions and resolve application problems via phone or by onsite visiting; - Do on-site installations and customer training, esp. for some new applications; - Support marketing activities like exhibitions and industry forums; - Feedback customer requirements and application information to management; Requirement: - Bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical, engineering or related discipline. - Strong learning ability, able to learn new knowledge and technology quickly; - CET6 or above, able to read and translate English product materials, and communicate with overseas colleagues; - Good technical communication skills, able to make product training and promotion; - Experience with process instrumentation is preferred; - Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure, strong communication and coordination skills; - Have good discipline, teamwork and innovation spirit.
