Responsibilities: -Conduct routine microbiological, physical, chemical, sensory and other analysis as it may be required. -Operate required lab equipment; perform basic preventive maintenance, equipment verification/calibration. -Ensure all raw material and manufactured products received are properly processed and prepared for the next step. -Manage data entry (SAP System) and documentation process. Conduct trend analysis when required. -Support other QC team members to finish daily work. -Conduct environmental sampling and testing of workshop regularly. -Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - Min. 1-2 years' experience in QC lab of flavor or related areas (eg. Food / beverage industry) - Possess good knowledge of chemical or microbiology properties, especially in the area of food and flavor - Basic process knowledge of production work. - Knowledge of Lab. Safety and GLP. - Good team player.
