Qualification:
1. The candidate must have 2-5 years experiences preferably in Chinese private passenger or commercial vehicle NEV company, especially for the system design or application work. Off-highway NEV experience is a plus.
2. The candidate must have success SOP project records.
3. Have in-depth knowledge regarding the key components of an EV system, such as e-motor, inverter, DCDC, gearbox, PDU etc.
4. The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset to continuously offer value for customer.
5. The candidate should have good communication skills, innovative and flexible mindset.
6. The candidate has to have willingness to travel frequently and visit customers.

Responsibilities：
1. Electrification product and system promotion in off-highway market, to acquire customer projects.
2. Customer project management to guarantee project to SOP, binging sales turnover and profit to company.
3. Technical support, problem solving to satisfy customers.
4. Market analysis, strategy making, define product development roadmap to meet market development demand in the future.
5. New business chance exploring and developing off-highway market.
