1. Developing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet brand objectives. 2. Develop content for social media platforms including Wechat, Weibo, RED etc. 3. Work closely with Sales and Product team on product presentations and new product information. 4. Prepare launching campaign materials according to the sales and marketing calendar. 5. Work on detailed sales campaign presentations and product presentations 6. Managing the company’s advertising budget by creating media plans, negotiating rates with vendors, and selecting appropriate media channels. 7. Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance. 8. Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns including reviewing printed/ digital materials such as brochures, catalogues, and flyers. 9. Developing budgets for marketing campaigns and recommending spending levels to management. Requirement 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Project planning, execution, social media know-how, e-commerce. 3. Good knowledge of Microsoft office package. Good level in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. 4. Experience in creating and maintaining content online. 5. Experience in event planning and project managing. 6. Proficiency in English. 7. Good networking and communication skills. 8. Customer-oriented, Strong Executor, Creative and passionate, good communicator, Organized and work within timeline, Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment. 9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing of industrial products, preferably in a MNC environment
