Key Responsibilities 1. Project mangement (weight 50%) - Serve as the key user of the project workflow management tool, ensuring accurate maintenance of project information and documents. - Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing the project management tool. - Support the preparation of monthly PMO project reports. - Assist in the management of company projects, with a focus on lighthouse projects. - Organize project manager exchange activities and meetings. - Provide project managers with necessary support when required. 2. Strategy & Culture communciation (weight 30%) - Act as the coordinator for the internal WeChat communication platform, managing the scheduling of monthly articles and preparing for editors’ meetings. - Write and edit PMO-related articles using the 135 editor for WeChat. - Support strategy and culture-related communication activities, such as town hall meetings and other PMO initiatives. - Serve as the key user of the WeChat communication app, tracking and resolving any issues. 3. PMO Administrative support (20%) - Handle PMO-related reimbursement, process documents. - Assist with organizing various meetings and workshops. Requirement & Qualification 1. Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an assistant or project manager, preferably in a foreign company. 2. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above 3. Competency & Certification: - Strong execution skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with strong interpersonal skills. - Quick learner with a growth mindset. - Good business acumen. - Logical thinker with strong data analysis skills. - Proficient in writing and editing articles (a plus). - Experience working in a multicultural environment. - PMP certification is a plus 4. Language and computer: Fluent in English (oral & written), Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, PBI), 135 editors
