Key Position Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Achieve FY sales target 完成销售目标 2. Submit monthly project and invoice forecast 整理汇报月底项目及开票回款预测 3. Be responsible for monitoring own performance 个人业绩表现自查跟进 4. Profile, target, and qualify potential new sales opportunities 寻找新的销售机会 5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Zenith products, services, culture, history, and research 整理汇总公司产品,服务,文化背景等信息 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key A&D, and Project Management Companies.与项目管理公司建立和发展强有力的合作关系 7. Lead the tender responses and RFP responses in a timely manner 定期跟进及反馈投标情况 8. Capable to arrange showroom tour 安排展厅参观事宜 9. Ensures the own knowledge of all Zenith product and high service offerings 了解公司产品并提供高质量服务 10. Conduct direct sales calls (cold calling and leads) 组织安排直销电话会议等 11. Develop and keep up to date all prospect lists data bases and sales forecasts for weekly/monthly review. 销售业绩周/月预测 12. Attend all trainings provided by Zenith 参加公司组织的所有培训 13. Ensure all actions that result from sales calls are completed 确保所有销售相关咨询电话均妥善处理完毕
Knowledge & Experience Required 工作职责
1. Over 2 years' wide Experience to proceed interior; furniture related experience is a must 2年以上办公家具或设计行业销售背景(必备,不符合要求的***) 2. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. 良好的英语听说读写能力 3. Actively seeks information about the market through speaking with stakeholders/ clients, reading journals and newspapers and utilising other research tools. 较强的销售信息整合能力 4.
