1. Retrieving and handling sales order and process data entry through buyer’s system. 2. Confirm order status and coordinate import/export operation, s well as collaboration with Carriers/forwarder/Customs. 3. Supporting trade license and customer’s compliance related matters and customs audit. 4. Communicate and support the local market unit timely for transportation issues, as needed or identified. 5. Monitor the status of shipments in transit, proactively coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve any delivery issues promptly. 6. Responsible for the selection, purchase and contract negotiation management for both inbound and outbound logistics services 7. Preparing bills, packing list, invoices and required shipping documents to ensure accuracy. 8. Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low if necessary. 9. Familiar with customer’s requirements and country wise standards on packaging and shipment. 10. Communicate with our internal Sales, Purchasing, and regulation Teams. 11. Support work or task from supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience and professional knowledge. 2. Familiar with import and export related laws and regulations, import and export goods declaration, shipping, import and export operation process control, import and export declaration management, and import and export business. 3. Possess good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with different external and internal units. 4. Priority will be given to holding the corresponding certificate or qualification. 5. Possess a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
