1) Work directly with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing and cost management plan that support MRO project. 2) Developing and implementing procurement plan and strategy, align with organizational objectives. 3) Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and capability criteria. 4) Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. 5) Creating and implementing standard tendering documentation such as Invitation to Bid, Pre-Q, BOQ, TBE/CBE evaluation, and MOC/CR process. Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and capability criteria. 6) Perform project control tasks such as project budgeting and scheduling. 7) Contract management & negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. 8) Work closely with Regional and global MRO team. 9) Leading cross-functional teams in evaluating supplier performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvement initiatives. 10) Establishing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and drive continuous improvement. 11) Managing supplier relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. 12) Monitoring market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction. 13) Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 2) At least 5 years working experience in procurement sourcing with focus on MRO supplies role or related roles, experience in chemical manufacturing will be preferred. 3) Strong negotiation skills, effective relationship building, and analytical abilities. 4) Strategic thinking that complements the broader business strategy in the region. 5) Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. 6) Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement. 7) Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPM) is a plus. 8) Effective presentation and communication skills. 9) Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
