o Responsible for handling day to day operations at the Branch, from understanding the requirements of the customers, providing the best possible price in the market, ensure hassle free and timely execution of shipments. o Upon receiving the customer requirements, start correspondence with the Airlines directly in order to get the best possible price for the customer. o Lead the customer service team in the absence of the subordinates to ensure smooth handling and operation. o In general you are supposed to act as a role model for all colleagues whilst on duty adhering and meeting strict deadlines of your work, punctuality, grooming and other Company rules and regulations served to you in the Employee Hand book o Update the system when a new booking is received and coordinate with shippers to arrange the goods by air freight (for regular, sales generated, new shipments). o Coordinate with brokerage department to process the documentation work and get the custom documentation done on time. o Coordinate with Airport / warehouse for the collection / delivery of the goods on time. o Coordinate with buying offices, 3PL providers to arrange the shipments. o Update both shippers & destination agents with flight planning. o Provide complete job file to documentation to process the pre/ post documentation based on the flight departures. o Support peers to ensure department achieve the set KPI’s. Professional Knowledge / Skills required, 84 Knowledge of Air freight / cargo handling minimum of 3-5 years. 84 Excellent interpersonal & Public relation skills 84 Meeting strict deadlines in assigned area of work 84 Working knowledge of MS Office
