You Tasks:
1.Innovatively sketch cost and performance competitive product concept and define development roadmap.
2.Ensure excellent communication between local customer and product team as well between local and German product team for general local product development related topics such as design, validation, supplier activities.
3.Define local technical target and requirement of PLG product, assy and components in alignment with the German product team based on local customer requirements and internal technical regulations. Ensure proper technical risk management.
4.Release local components and product release to meet internal platform project target.
5.Lead technical issues with strong problem-solving skill for engineering team, suppliers, plant.
6.Manage internal platform project in engineering and ensure smooth internal and external (suppliers) communication and achievement of defined engineering target.
7.Initiate and organize local cost reduction workshops for developed products with function teams to identify and drive the ideas to realize in time.

Your Profile:
1.Bachelor degree or above major in engineering or business administrative
2.Good knowledge of innovative design thinking and engineering methodology.
3.Clear thinking, good sense of responsibility, patient and can work independently and stand with a project time pressure.
4.Knowledge of spindle drives, deck lid /tailgate automatic opening and ECU control system is a clear advantage.
5.Familiar with Design Principles in Automotive Industry, Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods
6.Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods, problem solving methodology.
