1. Highly sensitive of entrance control system and Commercial & Industrial market trend and excellent business mind 2. Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends. 3. Work closely with the local sales/R&D team to ensure relevant market strategy implementation and necessary solutions are delivered with excellence to the market. 4. Support sales in development of customer proposals, sales presentations, and key customers implementation. 5. Adapt and ensure local buy in/ execution of China marketing calendar. Implement Value propositions, solutions and programs with the local sales force and customers. 6. Literature creation - brochure, spec sheet, etc., relevant translations where required 7. Support and provide training to the related factories, sales, marketing, customer service team, warehouse, etc.
Education & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management preferred. 2. Minimum 5 years’ sales experience. 3. Familiar with entrance control system and Commercial & Industrial market is preferred 4. Perseverance with passion.
