We are seeking a seasoned and innovative AI Designer to lead the integration of AI technologies into our design processes, driving both productivity and creative innovation. As an AI Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of design at Mashwire, taking ownership of complex projects from conceptualization to execution, and using cutting-edge AI tools to produce visually stunning content and animations. This role thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with strategic planners, account directors, senior designers, and developers.

Your typical day may include:
●AI Integration Leadership: Spearheading the integration of advanced AI technologies into design workflows, optimizing processes, and setting benchmarks for creative excellence. Providing the team with functional AI models and helping them stay up to speed with the latest technologies.
●AI Tool Mastery: Expertly utilizing AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Sensei, Runway ML, DALL·E, and MidJourney to produce high-quality visuals, animations, and interactive content. Constantly updating with new tools, platforms, and AI design know-how.
●Creative Innovation: Leading the creative team in brainstorming and generating groundbreaking design concepts using AI, ensuring that our creative outputs remain at the forefront of industry trends.
●Advanced Content Creation : Designing, animating, and editing complex visual media, including video content, infographics, and interactive elements, using AI-enhanced software.
●Research & Development: Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging AI tools and technologies, conducting R&D to integrate new methodologies into the design process.
●Performance Analytics: Utilizing AI-powered analytics to conduct post-launch evaluations of visual content, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
●Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborating with account directors, senior designers, and developers to ensure cohesive design outputs, and mentoring junior team members in AI design techniques.
●Client & Stakeholder Communication: Presenting and articulating AI-enhanced design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the strategic value of AI integration, and managing the expectations of all stakeholders.
●Staying Ahead of Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI and design technologies, and driving their adoption within the team.

We’d love to have a chat if you have:
●A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI design, graphic design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI-integrated projects.
●A Bachelor's degree or higher in AI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
●Proficiency in AI-driven design tools, such as Midjourney, Comfy UI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Luma, and other relevant AI platforms.
●Strong skills in traditional design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
●A deep understanding of generative design techniques, machine learning principles, and their application in creative projects.
●Experience in design projects from concept to execution, with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality results.
●Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
●A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new frontiers in design and AI.
●Experience in a creative agency environment (a major plus).
●A solid command of written English and copywriting skills (advantageous but not essential).
