As Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, you will be collaborating with Suppliers. And interacting with the Platform Procurement Organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategy.
As a Supplier Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
· Providing oversight to suppliers or projects fulfillment. Act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.
· Giving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan.
· Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing / Project Management urgencies.
· Collaborating with commodity leader/SQE/Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.
· Coordinating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
· Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.

To be successful in this role you will:
· Show a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain.
· Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas.
· Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.
· Have a Bachelor from an accredited or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance.
· Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
· Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.
