- Develop and maintain the on/off-road OEMs, PG, Marine and to develop new customers on all applications sales. - Prepare sales plans, budgets, forecasts and pricing policy for the Area in terms of products, applications, and Distributors/OEMs. - Further promoting products to big Chinese OEMs in their expansion to overseas markets through product - Cooperate with other department e.g. CM/Marketing/After service to improve company brand awareness in the market. - Scouting potential Distributors and OEMs and develop the current ones. - Ensure the Distributors and OEMs operative management, coordinating the other relevant departments . - Support Distributors and OEMs in the promotion activities (exhibitions, seminars, technical training courses). - With the help of the Network, collect information from the market on competitors and customer needs, in order to identify current and potential business opportunities.. - Represent the voice of the Customers in the Company and work with the other Departments in order to maximize the Customer Satisfaction. - Manage the stock of the products c/o the Bonded Warehouse, keeping under control the level by product’s lines. 任职要求: - Bachelor degree, Powertrain engineering background and Powertrain related industries are preferred. - Minimum 10 years working experience of China on/off-road OEMs, PG and Marine market, knowledge on relevant industries segment. - At least 5 years of work experience in sales, very good sales mentality and understanding the sales process. - Outstanding communication skills and be able to establish business relationship with people at the key management. - Good Team Player, strong self motivated and be 100% responsible for the delivery. - Familiar with Powertrain regulation, upgrade and update. Maintain strong continuous learning ability. - Frequent business trip is a must.
