- Responsible for implementing and improving the company's quality management system, as well as its operation, upgrading, and maintenance, to promote continuous improvement of the company's quality system. - Responsible for timely supervision, inspection, and guidance of the implementation of management system documents. - Responsible for the annual internal audit, external audit, and management review of the company's quality system. - Responsible for developing and implementing quality management plans to ensure that the quality of products or services meets standards. - Responsible for quality assurance work related to the transfer and mass production stages of new project products. - Participate in product development and design, process review, and new product validation, develop control plans and inspection standards to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements and standards. - Participate in the evaluation of new suppliers, quarterly performance evaluation and annual audit of key suppliers. - Continuously promote the improvement of quality awareness and quality capabilities among all employees. - Complete other job assigned by immediate supervisor what is required for this position.
