? Maintains contract compliance and service provided to ensure elements of contracts are
being followed by both SGL and the customer;

during the solution build-out phase and work together with internal partners accountable for

? Formulate a comprehensive strategy for retention, penetration, and acquisition of accounts;

? Establish strong relationships with customers, apply a strong understanding of customers'
needs and cooperate with internal functional departments to provide pricing strategies and
service proposals to customers;

? Collects information about customers' key performance indices, adjust the SOP which meet
customers’ needs and cooperate with customers to complete KPI report;

Personal Capabilities & Education
? 2-5 years experience as Key Account Management in Logistic / Supply Chain industry; OR
act as Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management/Warehouse Management in
multinational companies;
至少2-5年物流/供应链行业大客户管理经验;或在跨国公司担任供应链管理/物流管理/仓库管理；
? University degree or above education;
大学及以上学历；
? Ability to manage time, manage tasks and solve problems independently；
具备时间管理能力，能独立管理任务和解决问题；
? Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
良好的沟通能力，具备谈判技巧；
? Good commercial acumen and a keen sense of confidentiality requirement;
良好的商业敏锐度和保密意识；
? English proficiency is a must; comfortable to host meetings with overseas;
必须具备英语能力；能自如地主持与海外的会议；
? Work under pressure, domestic travel if required;
抗压能力强，接受国内出差；
? MS and other office software.
