Objective: The IT Officer (IT Administrator) is responsible for wide range of administration tasks which keeps the company’s IT network, servers and security systems in good health. This individual is required to perform investigation and diagnosis or IT related problems, collect IT usage statistics, make recommendation for improving company’s IT systems, and carry out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. This individuals needs to support employees with their computer needs, like setup setting up new users and managing back-up, security and passwords. This individual is also required to regulate administration and IT tasks carried out by local IT team in other countries to ensure business continuity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Perform system administration tasks 2.Provide systems support 3.Responsible for asset management 4.Liaison with vendors for hardware and outsourced projects 5.Assist management for internal IT projects 6.Compile IT documents when necessary 7.IT budget preparation for Local office 8.Train staff on system, Software and security protocols

IT 1.Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Window Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, LAN and common PC software/hardware 2.Experience in SAP and other ERP system 3.Programming skills, including VBA, SQL, web programming (plus) 4.Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms (e.g Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, Automate, Azure)
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 2.At least 3 years IT profession in system support and administration
