We specialize in designing and producing innovative products for European and American retailers and brands, focusing primarily on kitchen products such as cookware, drinkware, and electronic kitchen appliances. Currently, we are seeking a Sourcing and Production Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. Job Overview As the Sourcing and Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in sourcing the right factories, managing production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and handling the logistics of getting products to market. You will work closely with our product designers and engineers to bring new designs from concept to production while ensuring high-quality standards and efficient processes. Main Responsibilities: ●Source factories: Find and evaluate the best factories that meet product requirements and quality standards. ●Supplier database: establishment of a supplier management system ●Prepare pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and tooling fees: Negotiate prices, MOQs, and tooling fees with factories and agree on terms. ●Conduct factory audits: Review factories carefully to assess their quality, capabilities, and compliance. ●Arrange samples and prototypes: Organize the production of samples and prototypes to ensure product design accuracy. ●Create production schedules and agreements: Plan the production timeline and establish formal agreements with factories to ensure smooth production. ●Apply for quality certifications: Ensure the product meets quality standards by managing the application for required certifications. ●Prepare quality control documents: Create documents outlining quality standards and ensure consistency during production. ●Perform quality control: Oversee quality checks during and after production to maintain high standards. ●Check shipping options and prices: Research and compare shipping methods and costs for timely and cost-effective delivery. ●Handle import/export documents: Organize all necessary paperwork for importing and exporting products. ●Suggest production improvements and manage product replacements: Collaborate with factories to improve production processes and handle product replacements as needed.- Bachelor's or master’s degree ●Fluent in English, with strong communication skills ●Proven experience in sourcing and managing the production of consumer products ●Strong understanding of quality control processes and product certifications ●Basic understanding of materials and production processes ●Ability to conduct factory audits and negotiate with suppliers ●Familiarity with import/export processes and logistics ●Experience in managing production schedules and agreements What We Offer ●Competitive salary based on experience ●Social insurance and housing fund ●Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment ●A role that allows you to take ownership of projects and make a real impact ●The opportunity to see your work available worldwide within a short timeframe Application Procedure ●Send your application letter and CV in English ●First-round interview ●Small case study ●Second-round interview Salary ●Basic salary:18k ●Average performance bonus: 1 month’s salary
