Responsibilities: 1. Deliver sales target, and develop business opportunities at all channels ● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the company's market share in China ● Deliver monthly sales target, ensure customer's healthy business growth ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine the sales strategy 2. Customer Relationship Management ● Regularly visit customers to understand their feedback on products and services, and promptly coordinate and solve customer problems to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty ● Well manage the relationship with variety of customers including importers, wholesalers, distributors, and end channels, etc. ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms and port discharging activities to achieve profitable sales agreements 3. Business Data Analysis ● Regularly collect and analyze sales data and market information to provide accurate data support for company decisions. ● Adjust sales strategies and action plans according to the analysis results to ensure continuous growth in sales performance.
4. Partner with internal departments to for driving healthy and sustainable growth, including finance, supply chain, and marketing etc. 5. Support China GM to take other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in aquaculture, food science, marketing or related fields. 2. At least 5 years or more experience in seafood industry, with sales of imported seafood products, channel resources (supermarkets, wholesale, catering, e-commerce and gift group buying, etc.) and market priority is given to those who expand their experience. 3. Be familiar with the market dynamics of both live and frozen seafood and understand the relevant laws and regulations and food safety standards. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Has strong market analysis and judgment capabilities and is able to adjust sales strategy according to market changes. 6. Proficiency in both written and oral Chinese and English. 7. Willingness to travel within inland and to other countries as required
