Recruitment thrust: 1. Complete servicing of all brand models including any kind of watches (quartz, mechanical, chronograph, etc.) 2. Demonstrate professionalism to maintain the company and brand image 3. Reporting to the CS Technical Manager 4. Ensure that personal appearance and work area is maintained in accordance with company standards; 5. Ensure that repair times and quality are always carried out in accordance with company and brand standards; 6. Ensure that adequate communication and support is provided to all store staff and end customers 7. Be a team player who understands the KPI's and contributes to the achievement of KPI's.
Job Duties: 1. Identify root cause of watches’ problems 2. Repair and maintenance services for watches delivered for repair 3. Maintenance self-testing 4. Ensure cleanliness of work area environment and maintenance tools 5. Technical diagnosis of repairs based on clear brand standards 6. Report routine maintenance issues to the Technical Supervisor 7. Ensure that personal tools and test equipment are used in optimal condition 8. Completion of daily assigned work 9. Reporting of unexpected challenges 10. Return of surplus spare parts, including replacements and scrapped parts, to the logistics department 11. Reporting of maintenance tool anomalies 12. Understand and follow KPI results and continuously improve your work to achieve company goal
Job Requirements. 1. Minimum 3 years experiences in watch movement repair 2. Degree in watch or mechanical maintenance related field is preferred 3. Experience in Luxury goods market is plus 4. Highly professional, structured and punctual
