Principal Responsibilities Strategy Formulation & Execution, and Financial Management Acquisition, Planning & Execution: - Responsible for sales channel planning and on boarding for Micro-Marketing, join promotion or alliance partnership set up with identified partners. - Work with Segment, Digital Distribution and GSMC teams for ecosystem partnerships, - program development, business negotiation and program delivery with disciplined tracking. Ensure end to end leads monitoring, through effective use of our systems. - Adhere to operating model, processes, channel structure and resolve related issues. - Promote and optimize leads capture through QR code for upload into systems (CRM) for effective tracking and monitoring. - Work closely with BMs and DHs to support sales acquisition strategy. Reflect customer feedback & competitive situation, and provide recommendations to DHs and Customer Segments. - Support and lead the sales teams to deliver KPI and prepare sales & activity planning. - Maintain business networks and social contacts for collaboration and expand our customer base. Workplace Marketing: - Source for corporate organizations and drive sign up of DBS accounts and products (e. Type 2 salary accounts, Group Insurance plans etc.) - Support client acquisition via corporate roadshows / lunch talks to promote Group Insurance, DBS iWealth and product offerings on our direct banking platform. - Collaborate with Banca team to constantly improve strategic insurer partner’s (ie. Manulife) Group Insurance product offering. iWealth Partnership: - Acquire ecosystem partners through key cooperation models to drive CBG China’s digital strategy. - Collaborate with iWealth task force to realize bulk client acquisition. Risk Management & Control - Supervise the operation and sales activities to ensure full compliance with both external regulatory codes/ordinance and internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures. - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and policies covering Operational, Credit, Reputational and People Risk. - Recognize and exercise sound commercial judgment and respond to resolve issues appropriately. Education and Relevant Experience - Minimum 5 years’ working experience, including sales / sales management. - Good education background, preferably at least University Level. - Direct sales or business development experience on Consumer Banking products. - Good track record in acquisition channel and partnership development. - Possesses a strong network of contacts across industries. - Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and frameworks. - Ability to perform under a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
