Main Responsibilities

Work closely with Mechanical team for product design and performance enhancement.
Visit customers with the business and ME teams and collect etch process requirements.
Design, execute and document experiments on etch process development. And provide innovative process solutions to address critical process issue.
Create documents and manuals for training and conduct training in hands-on or classroom settings.
Generate IP and produce technical papers on process, equipment.
Execute the other tasks assigned by leader.


Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in semiconductor, materials, physics, chemistry, etc.
At least 5 years work experience in display etching, OLED etching process experience is preferred.
Capable of independently designing experimental plans and conducting process tuning of etching equipment.
Possessing the capability to conduct DOE experimental analysis and using software such as JMP or Minitab
Positive work attitude and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
