Responsibilities: 61Manage the overall creative and production departments from goal setting, creative resourcing, business development and people management through to the overall creative output of the departments and development of key processes to ensure the highest level of creativity is achieved for the assigned tasks 61Lead, coach, manage and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters and multi-media producers including CGI artists 61Work with the Creative Services Lead to develop, monitor and modify allocated creative department staffing strategies and plans, including; Team composition, Team performance, skills, training and mentoring 61Work directly with client leads and strategy to help establish the creative/marketing objectives, strategies, tactics and final, required creative executions 61Actively participate in client presentations (both up-front fact-finding meetings, as well as the presentation of finished creative strategies and executions) 61Ensure that the creative output is innovative, the best it can be and delivered within the project timelines 61Collaborate with the Strategist and Account Director to develop and grow the Key Client account ensuring strong creative leadership, developing high quality retail designs and brand experiences.
Required Skills: 80Ability to positively inspire others to produce exceptional design outcomes 80Strong insight in communication trends in the Asian region and familiar with the new trends/medias, digital, retail experience and innovations 80Fluent in written English and Mandarin and also ability to speak . 80High proficiency in Mac and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of 3D and visualization is an advantage
