工作职责:
1. Take charge of rubbing process control include process development, yield improving, WI/SOP preparation, operator training&certification;
2. Take charge of rubbing related new product and process setup and development;
3. Support on ISO system certification and improving, internal audit finding improvement include FMEA and control plan compiled;
4. Project handle for process and yield continuous improvement;
5. Other manager assigned work.
任职资格:
'’- Good communication and coordination skills;
- ‘1~3 years working experience on semiconduct or related industry with bachelor degree;
- Having process engineering experience on LCD or LCOS PI/Rubbing/ODF process;
- Problem solving capability is needed, having DOE/8D/MRB/SPC experience;
- English is required in listen,oral, read, write;
- It is a plus if candicate has project handle experience or involve in project on yield improving, process optimization or new technique development;
- Familiar with IATF16949 system is plus.
