Key Responsibilities: 1. SEM Strategy Development: Create and optimize comprehensive SEM strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management. 2. Account Management: Manage advertising accounts on platforms such as Baidu Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximization of ad performance. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze ad performance using tools like Baidu Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness. 4. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth market research and keyword analysis to identify high-potential keywords and recommend improvement strategies. 5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 6. Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on developments and best practices in the search engine marketing industry to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Project Management: Be able to work in a team and independently as well reliable and can work on several projects
Qualifications: 1. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese 2. Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc) 3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field. 4. 3+ years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM), with experience managing large advertising budgets preferred. 5. Proficient in Baidu Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital marketing tools. 6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make strategic adjustments accordingly. 7. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, capable of working effectively with various departments. 8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
