As a Regional Testing Lead, and as part of the Connect PPG program, you will be responsible to coordinate Integration and User Testing within the testing tool. You will become the functional expert of the testing tool, working closely with our SAP COE to coordinate the testing tool setup for each testing cycle, produce and coordinate training and support testers during multiple testing cycles to ensure their timely execution according to the project plan. You will identify and assist in resolving risks/issues as it relates to Integration testing by, but not limited to, tracking against KPI’s and defects.
You will support a multi-year project and take your experience to the next level in participating to our biggest transformation project ever and assist others in delivering high quality standards in terms of system readiness. In that role, you will report to the Global Testing Manager. Key Responsibilities 1,Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting for integration and user testing (project health, risk, issue mitigation....). 2,Coordinate testing tool readiness, with the PPG SAP COE, for all cycles of SIT and UAT. 3,Produce and coordinate training of the testing tool to global teams across the program. 4,Provide day to day guidance and support to the local teams on testing process execution. 5,Execute the testing strategy, taking into consideration the dependencies, infrastructure complexity, geographical footprint, and end-user requirements in the region. Qualifications 1,Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or information technology. 2,3 to 5 years of validated experience in participating or leading an ERP implementation testing phase (or equivalent system). 3,Previous system implementation experience on a global scale. 4,Multiple years of experience working on large and global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment. 5,Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome. 6,Experience in SAP Solution Manager.
