Take full responsibility of customer service work in China to support business growth in the region *Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with existing CS rep Plan and deliver optimal results by process optimization, efficiency improvent, team collaboration, etc Communicate to maintain and extend customer master data in SAP Communicate to maintain and extend products (materials) data in SAP, inclu. Product, price, MOQ, etc Process sample requests, customer quotes, order entry&follow up and local delivery Process regular product inquires, customer quotes, order entry&follow up and communicate local delivery Assist logistic team to ease importing activities by providing necessary support, e.g. shipping documents Follow-up to customer questions and collaborate with global team to response timely, e.g. quality issues Collaborate with Planning and Warehouse for inter-company orders handling and inventory management Provide other sales support to customers and sales staff Make sales reports and attend sales meetings Take additional assignments as requested *Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor degree, major in Commercial, Engineering or related field. At least 5 years customer service experience. Working experience for MNC is preferred. *Preferred Skills and Abilities Good English in oral and written. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and computer skills.
